All members are encouraged to enter the leagues as this will improve your game and ensure you meet new opponents. There are 12 leagues in which five matches are played every six weeks to decide promotion and relegation. There is a league to suit every standard.
As well as league squash, the club run an active ladder which allows for challenge matches and the possibility of becoming the top player, if only for a day!!
Every Saturday and Sunday there is a club night starting at 6.45. Players of all abilities simply turn up and play some friendly games before relaxing for a drink and a chat (not obligatory).
Each year the club hold its championship where no fewer than 12 titles are decided on finals day in April. The inclusion of handicap formula matches ensures every participant has an opportunity to end up a winner.
The club currently run a veteran team in the Berkshire County league, three senior Berkshire teams and two junior teams. We believe that team squash is good for the club in that players are able to improve and to experience the pressure of representative squash. Our aim is to compete at the highest level possible.
